Memorandum of Understanding with the Royal Jordanian Geographic Center has been signed

On Monday last week, the Royal Jordanian Geographic Center (RJGC) joined the CapTain Rain project consortium and signed the Memorandum of Understanding. RJGC is an important partner, since flash flood risk management relies on professional geographical data. All partners are looking forward to a fruitful collaboration and thank RJGC for their commitment.

Here are the highlights of the signing event: The director of RJGC, Colonel Eng. Mu'ammar Haddadin, stated the importance of this collaboration for the future of Jordan with respect to sustainable development and environmental risk management. Mrs. Aseel Al-Jada’ will continue her excellent commitment to the project as focal point for CapTain Rain at RJGC.
